Un·per·fect house, the coworking space, restaurant, and hotel with seminar, event, and common areas, music, and art. Admission is €7, including a coffee and soft drink flat rate; optional daily buffet is €18.50. For remote workers, workations, digital nomads, teams, businesspeople, and dedicated individuals. Guitars, keyboards, monitors, sound, lighting, and much more are freely available. Uninterrupted seminar and event spaces.
Opposite: normal restaurant, loud, with small tables and waiters pushing you to eat.
At UpH, people pursue self-selected projects, meet, construct, make music or art,... out of pure commitment or to earn money. Those who come often will Member...., and visitors enjoy the unique atmosphere.
Companies like the alternative, hands-on atmosphere for 2-200 people. They reserve Seminar rooms and organize Company celebrations. But: See below, we are not for everyone!
Individuals and groups that are open to interested parties organize "Open Events" (Concerts, lectures, get-togethers,...) without having to rent space and no matter how large an audience they attract. We're here for you!
We help to make your project/event a success. Even if you are not perfect 😉
We'll lend you whatever you need for a deposit, or you can keep it. Large screens or projectors for your presentations, flip charts, presentation boards, wireless microphones, lighting and sound equipment, guitars, keyboards... everything is well prepared!

Entrance fee including coffee and soft drink flat rate is €7, and for an additional €18.50 you can help yourself to the buffets all day (hot meals from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. and from 6 to 9 p.m.)
The Unperfekthaus is a network of committed Communities and as "campus UpH" almost an extension of the nearby university.
You can also stay overnight with us! Either luxuriously in the Unperfect HOTEL or as a team in our shared apartment for a few days
The china and cutlery are mismatched, and whatever you use is returned. The rooms are not perfectly decorated; the walls are hung with works by (as yet) unknown artists. Everyone gets their own coffee specialties, tea, hot chocolate, and soft drinks from the beverage stations. You decide whether and what you play on the large screens and projectors; the music in the rooms can be turned off. You can retreat to one of the quiet areas or a massage chair at any time, and people in suits are just as welcome as people in jeans, headscarves, or whatever.
We're not here for the "I just want a mineral water" crowd. We're confident in providing you with a wealth of resources, but everyone is asked to pay their €7 entry/drinks fee and the optional €18.50 for the all-day buffet.
