You can meet with your team, clients, friends, or employees in a business center, a hotel… rather lame. Or you can come to us, book one or all of our numerous, perfectly equipped seminar or event rooms… and get the whole colorful, cheerful Unperfekthaus on top. Watch one of our artists at work. Find out what's going on in the workshop, let yourself be inspired in the Memorabilia Get inspired and then chill out with a drink on the roof terrace overlooking the colliery towers. You'll find food and drinks on a trustworthy basis on all floors, and on the ground floor, our restaurant spoils you with everything from finger food to buffets. And if you want, you can even stay overnight with us—elegant or cozy, whichever you prefer. We also offer Barcamp. Hey there!

The Unperfekthaus is ideal for dedicated individuals—both privately and in companies. Of course, most seminars, workshops, or celebrations are limited to individual rooms, but this video demonstrates that the entire house can be dedicated to a theme.

With us, you'll get unlimited first-class, freshly ground cappuccino, specialty teas, hot chocolate, espresso, and over 10 types of soft drinks included in the room price. Only beer, wine, cocktails, and food are extra:

Normal, closed events
Simply reserve one or more rooms or even the whole house exclusively for your event, seminar, celebration and decide who will participate / who will be invited, etc. In this case, we will charge the rent below for the room and any food and beverage requests (more...).
UpH special feature: Open club events
You can spontaneously use any available space, alone or with a group, or reserve it in advance. If others can join, everyone pays just €7 entry (including drinks), but there's no rental fee. Ideal for initiatives, clubs, etc. that welcome new participants. And if you want, you can book the buffet or buy food and drinks at our "Späti" on the ground floor. here...
In other places, you alone have to provide the reason for your guests/visitors/participants to come.
In the Unperfekthaus, the attractiveness of the place is added.
