At Unperfekthaus, we aim to make it easier for people who lack formal qualifications in specific fields to transition into a career by enabling them to acquire skills through self-initiative and intrinsic motivation. We offer workspace, peer-to-peer mentoring, and certificates.

During our school years, we were all forced to dabble in a wide variety of subjects. Sports, music, art, math, physics, languages... we were introduced to everything. And yet, probably well over 50% of school leavers don't know what they're passionate about or what they want to do professionally. The VielRespektStiftung, in cooperation with the Unperfekthaus, wants to give talent a second chance with the Talentwerk.
Talent work
Several times a year, the VielRespektStiftung (more...) people who, in small groups, go through different rooms in which certain skills are tested (in one room dexterity, in the next logic, then social skills,...).
Circle internship (who will help us?)
If you haven't found your dream job yet, you can try out different professional fields in a circular internship (unfortunately only planned so far): 3 days in a creative profession, 3 days in a systematic profession, 3 days in a people-oriented profession, 3 days in a technical one,... We are looking for someone to organize it with us.
Career discovery shared apartment (who can help us?)
Spend a few days together with people in similar situations in our shared apartment, and participate in training sessions and workshops during the day. You'll gain an overview of various career fields and complete small exercises to discover what you're passionate about. We're looking for someone to organize this with us.
