We're a club open to guests, where we're active and together, without peer pressure, and therefore also appealing to distinctly individualistic people. A world of friendly togetherness, tolerance for mistakes, helpfulness, and generosity, sometimes very quiet, sometimes very lively. It all depends on each of us. Unlimited cappuccino, tea, espresso, hot chocolate, cola, and spritzers are included in our dedicated club rooms on six floors and 4,000 square meters (a buffet, snacks, beer, wine, and cocktails are available on the ground floor). Massage chairs, a video studio, workshops, stages, and rooms for your initiatives and groups.
Anyone can use all of this! Just pay the entrance fee, that's it! But those who are pursuing a real project at the Unperfekthaus can also become members, come as often as they like, leave things behind, sell their own works, join one of the many communities (more...) that we support at Unperfekthaus.
The vast floors of the Unperfekthaus have a completely different atmosphere than a restaurant. No waiters push you to buy food, you can sit for hours with friends' laptops ;-) or people, and if it gets late, you can spontaneously take advantage of 50% off hotel rooms!
With your membership, you're participating and supporting this extraordinary place at the same time. You can use our facilities for your own events or projects, as long as they're interesting to everyone and remain open!

Our sponsored membership is for everyone who likes to experiment and do things. For creatives, makers, artists, inventors, new and unconventional thinkers, for people who want to pursue their own project publicly in the Unperfekthaus.n and of course for people who want to meet with their group to play, discuss, go on stage or plan a charitable cause. If you're interested in getting involved and are willing to lend a hand in the house, we can offer you a discounted project membership, including the rights of a co-working membership. Generally
We all leave our space clean, reuse glasses and cups, load the dishwasher, take any trash home, and ensure that doors and windows are closed when it's raining or cold. Respectful behavior is a given, and dogs are supervised. Photographs and videos may be taken and made public if you ensure that the people depicted have consented or have been anonymized. Membership is open to those aged 16 and over.
Security
Please follow the instructions of our staff. The upper part of the club is only permitted for up to 200 people, and another 200 people are permitted in the lower part of the building. Please understand that we may have to deny access if it is too full or if there are too many reservations. Our smoke detectors will also trigger in the presence of dust and steam, and electrical devices must be checked. We are not liable for theft or damage. You use our building at your own risk, but please also respect other people's belongings.
