Cancellation conditions

For public events, there is no cancellation fee at all. For private events, in addition to the usual tiered cancellation policy, we offer a second alternative to avoid any cancellation fees. You decide:

  • Either the canceler must bear the damages. The shorter the notice of cancellation, the greater the likelihood that we will not be able to sell the reserved capacity to someone else. We charge:

Up to 2 months in advance 10%

Up to 1 month in advance 20%

From 1 month in advance 30%

  • Or we can work together to ensure no damage occurs at all! If you wish, you can pay the full amount despite the cancellation and receive the right to reschedule your event on an alternative date for one year. However, this is only possible if the alternative date would otherwise have been unavailable – in which case, no damage will be caused by your cancellation. However, with this damage avoidance procedure, we can only confirm an alternative date one month in advance – only then can we be sure that your postponement won't force us to forgo another event.

Exception: For meals cancelled less than 72 hours before the appointment, we must charge 70% of the meal cost.
