Our city centers are full of opportunities to be served, to buy, and to consume. But have you ever tried to get active yourself, to find customers, partners, or interested parties for your projects? That's what Unperfekthaus is for – a unique feature of Essen! We are a welcoming community of active people and utilize a wealth of resources here that are usually unavailable at home. We have group rooms, stages, workrooms, studios, technology, musical instruments,... for everyone, even if you just drop in spontaneously as a day guest. Members can also have space where they can leave things or lock them away.
Your project will be public, you'll have the chance to find prospects and customers (yes, earning money is okay with us). And no waiter will pressure you for sales if you're there for hours.

We don't take coworking too seriously! And it's not a bad thing that we have tons of potential customers running around for you.

We offer community and promote networks
We're looking for collaborations with companies and freelancers who can promote something in the Unperfekthaus that's attractive to the people who work there. All proceeds benefit the creatives.
The Unperfekthaus houses a hotel and a large hostel-like apartment. And just an eight-minute walk away, you can live in a great community with 45 other people, featuring a huge roof terrace, wellness area, home cinema, and more.
